Fermentation and ageing
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel vats at 16°C. The wine is aged for 3 months in steel.
Ageing in the bottle: 3 months
Serving temperature: 9-11°C
Suggested glass: Baloon
Suggested food pairing: Rice, pasta, pizza, white meats, fish and salads.
Ageing potential: 5-7 years
All our wines are produced using only grapes from our own vines, which have been cultivated in collaboration with the faculty of Agriculture, Viticulture and Oenology of the University of Milan since 1986, using methods that respect the naturalness of our grapes.
