Blend: 90% Vespolina, 5% Nebbiolo, 5% Uva Rara
Alcohol: 12% vol.-13% vol.
Total Acidity: 5,5/6,5 g/l
Colhour: Ruby-red with a garnet rim.
Aroma: Fine, with spicy nuances against a markedly peppery background.
Flavour: Balanced, with great structure and persistence.
Fermentation and ageing
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel vats at controlled temperature. The wine is aged in large French Oak barrels for 12 months.

Serving temperature: 18°C
Suggested glass: Baloon
Suggested food pairing: Cold meats, pasta, mature cheeses and meats.
Ageing potential: 12-15 years
All our wines are produced using only grapes from our own vines, which have been cultivated in collaboration with the faculty of Agriculture, Viticulture and Oenology of the University of Milan since 1986, using methods that respect the naturalness of our grapes.
