Blend: 95% Nebbiolo, 5% Vespolina
Alcohol: 12,5% vol.-13,5% vol.
Total Acidity: 5/6 g/l
Colhour: Ruby-red with purple highlights.
Aroma: Intense, with notes of dark cherry, violet, tobacco and spices.
Flavour: armonious, very persistent with great structure and balance, and a slightly bitter finale.
Fermentation and ageing
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel vats at controlled temperature. The wine is aged in large French and Slavonia Oak barrels for 30 months.

Serving temperature: 18°C

Suggested food pairing: Red meat, game, roasts and stews, mature cheeses.
Ageing potential: 12-18 years
All our wines are produced using only grapes from our own vines, which have been cultivated in collaboration with the faculty of Agriculture, Viticulture and Oenology of the University of Milan since 1986, using methods that respect the naturalness of our grapes.
