Colhour: Ruby-red with purple highlights.
Aroma: Intense, with notes of dark cherry, violet, tobacco and spices.
Flavour: armonious, very persistent with great structure and balance, and a slightly bitter finale.
CRU: produced in the municipality of Ghemme foglio 11 Mappali 151-152-267.
Fermentation and ageing
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel vats at controlled temperature. The wine is aged in large French and Slavonia Oak barrels for 18 months.

All our wines are produced using only grapes from our own vines, which have been cultivated in collaboration with the faculty of Agriculture, Viticulture and Oenology of the University of Milan since 1986, using methods that respect the naturalness of our grapes.
