Blend: 60% nebbiolo, 20 % Vespolina, 20% Uva Rara
Alcohol: 12% vol.-13% vol.

Colhour: Bright ruby-red.
Aroma: Fine and elegant with nuances of ripe cherry, violet and spices.
Flavour: Mellow and balanced with great persistence.
Fermentation and ageing
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel vats at controlled temperature. The wine is aged in large French Oak barrels for 6 months.
Ageing in the bottle: 9 months
Serving temperature: 18°C
Suggested glass: Baloon
Suggested food pairing: food pairing: Cold meats, rice, pasta, mature cheeses, meats and soups.
Ageing potential: 10-15 years
All our wines are produced using only grapes from our own vines, which have been cultivated in collaboration with the faculty of Agriculture, Viticulture and Oenology of the University of Milan since 1986, using methods that respect the naturalness of our grapes.
