Delicious mineral tang
The Colline Novaresi area has unique geological and morphological characteristics; being of moraine origin, it is composed of clay, sand and pebbles.
The climate is typical of foothills, with rainfall concentrated in the spring and autumn periods. Warm and breezy summers favour the ripening processes of the grapes, while the harvest time is usually cool and dry, with pronounced day/night temperature differences, thus privileging the aromatic synthesis and the health of the grapes. Winters often bring abundant snowfalls, which preserve the characteristics of the soil.
The acidic soil in our vineyards in the heart of Colline Novaresi bestows freshness, acidity and a mineral tang on the grapes.
